Bargain Basement Tapes - $.65 ea.

We're changing this up just a bit from the Gotta Go Tapes" page. The page is mostly the same, but we've changed the name so that we can also add other things that we need to get rid of; maybe overstocks of items or items we get in that we just can't use, but maybe someone else can. We'll try to keep the prices at bargain basement prices.

The tapes are tapes that have got to go! Many of these are duplicates and tapes that have been on the list for a while. Most of these tapes have been tested and play fine, but some have not. There are no obvious broken tapes on the list.

Here are some description codes to help you understand the condition of the tapes. We try to be as honest as possible.

MLB - moderate to light label bubbling
MHB - moderate to heavy label bubbling
DL - dirty label or dirty cart (stains, etc.)
SS - still sealed - These may not always be the original factory sealed cellophane
TS - torn shrink-wrap or torn cellophane
CO - cut-out (a cut-out is a tape that was marked for discount. They have a cut, burn, or drill-hole on the end of the cart to indicate this.)
WL - writing on label
CRC - record club
CR - canadian release
PS - picture sleeve cover
WL - writing on label
BT or Boot - bootleg
FRNTLT - front label torn
BTMLT - bottom label torn

We have sold all of the lots that we had up recently, but we are making more up. We're going to be selling off a lot of tapes to par down that 10-15,000 (or more) tapes that we have. We won't be giving them away, but we'll make a heck of a deal on them.

Lot 1 - Approx. 70 tapes. These are mostly easy listening. $30 + S/H

Lot 2 - 18 tapes + tan plastic holder. These tapes hit all genres - rock/pop, c/w, ez list, and gospel. I think there are one or two sealed tapes. $12.50 + S/H.

Lot 3 - 85+ tapes. These are all almost rock/pop. $60 + S/H.

Lot 4 - Approx. 45 tapes. These are mostly rock/pop. $30 + S/H. (SOLD)

Lot 5 - This is a box of about 20 tapes. Most of these are tapes that have had the rollers and metal clip pads taken out. You could use the tape to put into another cartridge, bulk erase and rerecord over. Or if it's music you like, find a tape you don't like and swap out the reels of tape. There are also a couple of playable c/w box sets. $8.50 + S/H.

Lot 6 - This lot has about 60 tapes in it. Mostly easy listening & c/w. $27 + S/H.

We have some sleeves we need to sell. They are have a glossy coating on the outside. These have the back and front windows. The front is a little larger than the back. They have a tuck on the top. For ease in shipping, these will ship flat. They are easy to assemble. Just a small bead of hot glue or regular glue down one seam will do it. Another thing that makes it a little easier than the hot glue or rubber cement is Scotch's Adhesive Tab Applicator. Tip - If you'll put an 8-track inside the unglued sleeve it will make it easier to glue down! There are a tad over 90 sleeves. They are $24 + s/h.
